I would like to say how useful I have found the Marketing Action Plan (e-MAP) we developed together a year ago.
I have kept it in my top drawer and referred to it frequently over this past year.
When working in business, with a limited number of people around it is easy to get stale so I found the ideas that came out when developing this e-MAP refreshing; they expanded my understanding of how to develop my business.
In addition, I am a classic example of someone who works in the business rather than on it. Hence your monthly phone calls have kept me focused on the marketing and development of my business.
